Since New Zealand is in lockdown and I’m not allowed to go to the birds, I’m letting the birds come to me! I’m really grateful and lucky to have quite a great range of birds visit me daily, and especially grateful I have a garden with big trees and space to hang out in. Since I work from home anyway I’m always aware of the birds around me, but during lockdown they seem to be more plentiful than usual. Whether it’s the lack of pollution, or just because of the time of year, the birds definitely seem happier!
