It’s a ruru / morepork pin!

This enamel pin is inspired by New Zealand’s only surviving native owl - the ruru / morepork! By day ruru sleep in the forest trying to avoid unwanted attention and by night they hunt for food, using their silent flight to sneak up on prey. Their call is a common sound heard throughout forests and even some residential gardens if you’re lucky!
